Dr. Hridya Gokhalai is a dedicated pediatric dentist and the founder of Happy Hippo, an exclusive kids’ dental clinic in Thrissur. She holds an MDS from Divya Jyoti Dental College, Ghaziabad, a Fellowship in Interceptive and Myofunctional Therapy from Manipal University, Malaysia, and Advanced Training in Pediatric Oral Lasers in Chennai.

Her expertise lies in preventive dentistry, early orthodontic intervention, and myofunctional therapy, ensuring healthy teeth and jaw development in children. Dr. Hridya is particularly passionate about helping tongue-tied infants breastfeed effectively and addressing sleep-related issues in children through holistic, early intervention.

At Happy Hippo, she follows a multidisciplinary approach, collaborating with an ENT specialist, child psychologist, and lactation consultant to provide comprehensive care. Her goal is to create a positive, stress-free experience for children, making dental visits fun and educational. She also practices sedation dentistry (conscious sedation and General anesthesia), ensuring a stress free and comfortable experience for children.

Beyond her practice, Dr. Hridya is keen on building connections with eminent women entrepreneurs, fostering collaborations that drive innovation in healthcare.
